Congrats! I am beginning nursing school in the fall and am looking forward although I hear the first semester is very tough.

I just recently finished micro as well. It is a tough class, but I didn't find the course as challenging as A&P. If you're pulling an A-, you should be fine for the other classes. Good luck!

Working while doing prerequisites and going to nursing school isn't impossible. As others have said, just go to a community college and take evening classes. If you quit the IT job, you can probably find a part time gig, something flexible to keep ...

Yes i was contacted over the weekend. I was excited at first but I now realize it was just protocol.

I spoke to the nursing advisor today and she said that the applicant pool for the accelerated program is about the same this year as it was last year. ~200 applicants for 30 seats.
