I agree with Suzane... But in many cases the fees can be paid in US Embassy or Consulate at the time of interview instead of paying to NVC

Untill the Biographic form is submitted there can't be any action taken by embassy. This seems very starnge... I would suggest you to call up the NVC first and talk to an officer. Get the info... Then call up the embassy.. There was a similar case ha...

Its basically the same number. along with the automated system there is an option for talking to an officer. I guess u have to dial no."9".

16th of September My case has reached the Chennai Consulate... I called them up on 20th and they said the interview will be scheduled mostly on November. That is in the October List.

In Chennai consulate, India they have already published Oct interviews and there are 221 EX cases....

I meant to say EB3 Before people used to say E1 E2 E3... like that Well... So defnitley we will have our folks with a cut of date. And we will be able to use the normal EB3... Great....

Dale.... I have a question... Since Schedule a is categorised as EX and not E3 how will we able to eat from the normal EB3 pool. Since that is only for EB3. R they considering EX as a sub category under EB3 or is it an independent category???
