I don't know how the pay goes in your state, but here in WV; my BSN degree pays the same (I'm a new nurse) as a new nurse with an ADN.

yes, I know...this is exactly how it was presented on my exam...my options to choose from were: give artificial tears, give artificial saliva. I don't remember the last two options.
