Im not too sure about the hospital and the working environment there but I do know nurses start 100k salary. My friend went to an interview there few mths back but didnt accept the job as it would have been a 1.5 hr drive to work.

Also check out the nclex discussion forum. It helped me so much a few yrs back. Read ppl questions and the responses and diff study guides are on here for the nclex which were so helpful to me. Helped me pass along with Kaplan

So definitely call MD and see what the next step would be. Sometimes in som cases it would still be given when the benefit outweighs the risk but the nclex is searching for the topic answer. One size fits all
