Hey everyone, did anyone else receive an Employee Referral Program e-mail from Scripps? It makes me sound like I'm already an employee when I haven't heard anything recently about my alternate status. Just wondering cause it's confusing me.

Msmith2103: Mine took 3 weeks to process and the check to be cleared. Don't worry, like spanglec said, they have a ton of applications to go through at this time of year.

I rec an email asking to be an alternate too! I'm a native here (rare nowadays, hehe). My panel was represented by Encinitas-Oncology, Mercy-Med Surg, and Chula Vista. Fingers crossed for us still in the running!

A little off topic, but I am curious.... For those of you who have interviewed with Scripps before but didn't obtain a position, when you re-applied, did you use the same information the first time around or change it up each time?

Me too! I hate being nervous during interviews. I feel like I sometimes don't complete my thought because my nerves get in the way. Oh well, all I can do is be hopeful. My interview did last about 40-45minutes so that may be a good thing...
