My letter and blue acceptance confirmation both say 6/3 at 9:00am. I am going to El Centro.

I know what the denial letter looks like. It is a business envelope with a letter and a second sheet showing the breakdown of the points.

Wow! I am beginning to thing that' a BSN is the way to go for me. I have 22 points. I graduated this week with an AS and. 4.0. I am getting rather discouraged!

Does anyone out there know? I applied for the last semester with 19 points. This semester I have 23. I hope that is good enough.... sigh!

Thank you all for your words of encouragement. I will keep the faith. I graduate in May with my AS from DCCCD. If I don't get to TVCC, I will explore other options, but I really wanted TVCC.

I found out that there are 10 alternates and I am 5th.

I sent an email asking for clarification of my points. I have 18 and unsure as to why I did not get in. I am on the alternate list however. I am not sure if that means much.

I guess I should have taken a class at TVCC this semester. I am taking the last two classes for my AS this semester. :)

I have 18. If I don't get in, I will move on to a BS degree as I will have everything done after this semester.

@flowerpower, I don't understand how they use the current classes either. I am at DCCCD so they have no way of knowing what classes I am enrolled in. How many points did you apply with?

I have an acceptance at TX A&M Commerce. I like the hands on approach of an ADN. I also applied at El Centro with 23 points. I feel beaten down right about now.

I applied with 18, made a 90 on my HESI and my GPA is a 4.0. I don't know what more I can do. I am currently enrolled in the last to classes for an AS.
