Yes i have insurance. But my doc doesnt carry the h1n1 and its abt 139 i believe. Thats ridiculous! But we need it, and im stressing over gettig this by the deadline....the immunization paper confused me???? Also, we send all the stuff to mrs.a right...

Im not sure about online.But on monday call for sure.And i emailed AND called mrs.a abt my email bc she had the wrong one. And in the packet it says that all communication will be email. So basically it most likely was sent to SA.
