    Sorry I have to disagree somewhat, I think this test clearly defines the proper way to carry out proper care, it's just sad that in the "real world" nobody has time to do it the "proper" way...

    Well for Kaplan, the average percentage most students get on here(on all nurses.com) is mid 50-'s -60's%(and some still pass nclex with those scores) so I wouldn't be too concerned about scoring 80%...
