Welp! I won't be freeing up a space for anyone! I took college algebra with business applications instead of regular old college algebra and el centro didn't like that! Otherwise I would have had 21 points. So TCC here I come!

I really don't think someone with a 3.5 GPA and an 82 HESI got in over you...something obviously is missed. Maybe that person accidentally took A&P and that brought their grade down but their actual grade was an A. TCC is based SOLELY on GPA and ...

In the past, People have been able to just call in and get answers to their questions about why they weren't accepted. In some instances it was even a mistake and their denial was rescinded and they got in! So I would call with any questions.

I know! So much to sift through! Our first activity with the nursing program is in 2 weeks! Now I feel like I should find some materials to study for that pre test, even thought it's just so they can see our strengths and weaknesses...

I had 21...and I'm think we still have a decent chance. Especially since it seems like el centro would disqualify a lot of people due to technicalities such as vaccinations and BLS, and the changes they made scared people off from applying.

I've heard for the past several years that every single person on the alternate list has gotten in! So basically if youre an alternate you're accepted! Especially with all of these lucky people who have already gotten in and will deny acceptance!

The pattern seems to be mid to late afternoon. I of course will be checking my email every 5 minutes until we get them. :)

Haha! I love that timer...I just stare at my desk calendar everyday while I wait for the letters to come out! I get a kick out of crossing each day off.

AGGHH! One more week! Again, I will be thoroughly impressed if TCC sends out letters before el Centro when I applied to El Centro a MONTH earlier. I have engagement photos this weekend so hopefully that will distract me, then I'm on pins and needles ...

I just started a history class to possibly distract me from this never ending waiting! Too bad it isn't anywhere near as time consuming as the science classes...
