I am not disagreeing with you, but I will add that the particular hospital I work in(no trauma here) rarely does the intubating. More often than not patients are shipped to the unit to be intubated. So, some ER's may not be that much better in ABC'...

My best friend who has been a CRNA for several years now worked as a traveler for about five years before she was accepted to school without any issues. It gave her a great diversity of types of patients.
RELAXSeriously, if you were soaking the answers you wouldn't keep asking the same thing. You are 18. There is plenty of time to figure out what you want. Enjoy college life. It only gets harder from here.
Depending on the school, you might have to take a higher level stats class, and community college is not a problem. You just have to get the grade. Typically CRNA students have 3-5 years of ICU under their belt.
Ok, just so you know. You won't have a life in CRNA school, and on the way to it, there will be plenty of "blah subjects". JWK can help you with the AA aspect.
