    Homecare is great and can give you a lot of flexibility. You can make a living and go back to school at the same time. If you have maxed out in the LPN role perhaps it's time to go back to school.

    I would research what LPN's make in your area. If you are underpaid then I would look for another job. It sounds like they want their cake and eat it too.
