I've talked to a couple other New Grads for our group and we've all gotten the same email...I think it's just a generic email so that we get the link they want us to use.

I asked what the positions were and a nurse manager said that all new grads do a year of Med/Surg.

Yup...I graduated from SDSU this past December!

To be honest...a friend told me about it. I wouldn't have even known about it if it wasn't for her!!

Just wanted to update: I was interviewed for Kaiser San Diego on Thursday and I got a call today with an offer for one of the New Grad spots!! Was wondering if anyone else has received an offer and what day did you interview?

Did anyone get a phone call from --------- today?

So today is the last day of interviews? I hope we find out by the end of next week...just not sure since the 4th of July is a week from today.

The interview was different than what/how other facilities are asking. Just take your time to think about what you want to say and be yourself. Did you specifically hear that some people from Thursdays interview will be offered positions?

Had my interview at CV today for their ICU. It went pretty well...I have a head cold so I am a little out of it and I know I talked too much!! The unit manager and nurse educator are the ones who interviewed me and both were incredibly nice. Defin...

No idea, but it's expensive to go through the panel interviews so I'm guessing that they are hiring more than what people think. I know that they are interviewing a bunch of people based on all of the time options that he gave me.

Update: I just got a call from HR for Kaiser San Diego and am scheduled for an interview on the 21st!!

I have a friend who got into their last New Grad program and she said that they call over 2-3 days...she wasn't called until a couple days after a friend of hers was called and that's how she knows. So there's still hope for the rest of us!!

Do you think they will make phone calls today, tomorrow?? Or do you all think that they'll wait until next week? I was handling the wait pretty well...until just now, lol.

I haven't heard anything since my phone interview, but I wasn't expecting much since I have no experience with Kaiser.

Do both of you already have your RN license? I have heard that they prefer candidates to already be licensed. Also, I emailed the manager of the MICU and CC'd the director of critical care b/c I was able to spend time with both of them. I never heard...

Did you go to SDSU? When did you graduate? I emailed the manager twice. I did my leadership rotation at Chula Vista and really liked all of the managers, CNS's, and staff...that's why I only applied for that location.
