seems as though Kaplan hasn't changed much in the last few years....I had same question and missed it. There answer rationale is difficult to decipher

this is actually a question from kaplan's practice test questions (i had the exact same one) not from actual nclex because i wondered what a "scrub suit" was too.....it was a new term that i hadn't remembered seeing when learning precautions.
