Which nursing program would you choose to attend, CSUEB or SJSU? And, why? Your answers are kindly appreciated.

CSUEB has a better reputation. Actually Evergreen Nursing students are preferred over SJSU nursing students at their shared clinical sites.

Score above 80, preferably over 90 and you are for sure going to get accepted. Stay on top of your deadlines once you apply.

I studied from the ATI and Kaplan books. Plus, I focused most of my studying on my weak points using tutorials on the web to help me. I got a 92.

I've dealt with everyone in the administration at Ohlone and even have a class with the director. I respect and like them personally. I feel like they are professional and knowledgable. You won't get an easy ride, but most prestigious programs aren't...

Where do you live? I think both are good schools. I like Ohlone's Newark Campus. If I hadn't gotten into CSUEB or SJSU, I would have gone to Ohlone because its a really great program with a good reputation.

We're discussing the transfer orientation not the one for our program which has not been announced. We should be receiving info packets in a couple of weeks.

I believe Ohlone has the better program. I would choose Ohlone.

Honey bean, stay at SJSU if you can. I don't know how bad it is, but you've already put in a lot of hardwork, try to stick it out. Believe in yourself because in healthcare you definitely need to build thick skin as there are some really nasty people...
