Where are you taking the nutrition class? I got the same letter which said to turn in my transcripts of Pharmacology and Pathophysiology in GWC. These two classes are equivalent to CSULB, so I think the nutrition class will be accepted at CSULB.

I read last year's threads, and it said those who got into the program got a call from SON. Also, SON posted a list which showed the people who got accepted and the alternates on a window. I hope this year will be the same :) I prefer an e-mail
