I just applied to Allina's new grad program. I will have my ADN in May. Do I have good chances of getting a job there even though I don't have my BSN? I have 5 years of CNA experience and a bachelor's degree in Psychology.

So I just emailed the assistant chair of nursing. It is just an A&P exam. Yikes!

Don't lose hope. Give it a couple weeks. They only schedule 4 or so interviews a week I think.

When was your email interview? I know the phone interview process takes like 2-3 months I they just started it a few weeks ago. Hang in there!
