Alberta is warmer and it pays better I am unsure of the job situation there, I know there are lots of jobs for RN but I do not know about RPN

If you have interest in coming to Manitoba there are plenty of jobs in the hospital I work in. Our psych ward is constantly short and always looking for psych nurses. Oh yah it is in Northern Manitoba but it's not that bad.

They were a huge part of my LPN training and are as well in the BN program I am in know. Both in Manitoba.

You should look in to the University of Calgary they offer a 2 year BN program to those who have already completed a 4 year degree. Hope this is helpful
