Thanks everyone for your comments. I have decided to get the IPHONE but I am still going to miss old faithful (my blackberry) however, I must move on.

Can anyone recommend a good smartphone? I have the old blackberry and I guess its time for me to upgrade since we can carry them to clinicals.

I heard that at some point they allowed PDA's(or similiar devices) at clinicals. Is that true?
