Hi. I'm planning to take the NCLEX anytime soon. I just want to know what state would be it easiest to apply for eligibility? Any suggestions?

I toollk the IELTS and got a 7.5. I understand what NCLEX is but I still need to get it. CGFNS is something that I need to look further as well. Thanks!

I am a Philippine RN. I just need to take the NCLEX regardless what state. I don't have any SSN. That's why I just need a state where there are minimal requirements to be eligible there.
