    So does reviewed mean considered? Do they not all get considered though? I applied for icu but told my recruiter to say I'd take anything if I couldn't have icu. Who knows if he did it or not, I have anything but impressed with him.

    I just found out my waiver to be able to apply twice in one year got approved while my app is at boards. Do you think that is a positive sign or am I reading too much into it?
