Magnet requiring BSN is the biggest lie told in nursing next to Joint Commission caring about you having a covered drink at your work station. The only BSN requirement for magnet is unit manager.

Just curious what Chicago and Suburb hospitals are now starting new grads at. Looking at our salary grid. I know in 2011 it was around $27. Any input, even outside of the collar counties is appreciated.

So hire ADN's.
