I'm totally new to this and I am amazed at all the information this web site provides! Is anyone else on here going to be applying for the TTU Traditional Nursing Program for the Fall 2012 semester? Also, I need to take intro to nursing and pathophys...

Ok everyone, I received my official offer via email! :) I just got finished accepting the offer and paying the fee. See you all in July!!

Yes I'm going to take them online, I just have to wait until they allow me to register. I just hope I'm able to get in the courses before they're filled! Lol!

@Mchicky24, don't worry, I don't think anyone from the Lubbock campus has received their formal offer yet (me included) and my Merlin says the same thing.

I have everything done but intro to nursing and pathophysiology, which I'll be taking through TTU during the summer

I'm sorry to hear that also...and I agree, don't give up! I do know that I was told that the essay was very important. I was told it was like their interview with you (the essay). I hope this helps!

@Mchicky24 which campus are you going to? I ask because Intro and path are all I lack. I'm already accepted to TTU as a transient, but I cannot register until the 24th.

@RedRaiderStudent I am going to the Lubbock campus and I have not received my official acceptance letter either. As far as I know, LittleMissRedRaider hasn't received hers as of yesterday, but I'm not sure if she did today.

@sml0432 I live in Lubbock and I love it here!! Tech is the only school I applied to so I was very pleased when I found out I was accepted :)

Yes!!! I think I've read mine at least twenty times!! We all worked so hard to get to this point and now it's actually here! :)

TTUekaye, I think we ALL could use a support system right now! It is pretty stressful to sit and play the waiting game, so we might as well all do it together! Hehehe! :) Good luck and I wish the best for all!

LittleMissRedRaider, I actually was told that the essay section of the nursing application was considered the interview, and that they look at the student as a whole and not just their GPA's. It sounds like we all have a lot to offer! Best of wishes ...
