My letter was dated October 6th, its postmarked the 13th and I received it on the 14th. Weird they didn't give much time to return them, the letters need to be returned by October 21st at 4pm. It makes me wonder why they didnt get them out sooner so ...

Yes but waiting all that time AFTER the letters should have been sent out was horrible! I can't imagine having to wait longer.

Waiting is absolutely terrible especially for something like acceptance letters! What is wrong with wanting things RIGHT NOW??

I received an acceptance letter from Tomball so letters should be arriving soon.

Anonkah-thanks for the information. Kalisefer- I would go ahead and accept the alternate position. You can always change your mind but at least its secured. You can see how Tomball turns out and still have a place in the RN if it opens up.

I'm applying to the LVN program at Tomball starting in Jan. and then the Transition. I want to start working sooner than later :)

I took the Hesi today and it wasnt too bad. I'm not even sure you could study for the A&P part. It was so random and I dont think I had anything that was obvious. I did have A&P I and II but I really had to think about some of the questions....

I plan on taking it by the second week in August.
