Yes mine just said I needed to show I completed transition and dosage calc but I did get that one no problem. It's odd that we are close to the school and didn't get ours yet. Either way I just need to know!

I'm a salary employee for a hospice in OKC. I gross 1800 every two weeks. I do get supplemental pay if I go over 22 visits in a week or take any on call.

Our Hospice will only do continuous care at the end of life for unmanaged symptoms. There is a huge Hospice here that does it all the time but does not bill Medicare for it. It is an incentive given to the LTC facilities to go with them as their Hosp...

Yes CMS requires quantitive documentation. It's all really silly IMO.

We have an on call nurse from 5pm Friday to 8am Monday, myself and the other LPN are responsible for our own patients during the week.
