Congratulations brendalwelsh on your acceptance!! Very exciting. Which campus was your friend accepted to? Oakland or san Francisco? Has anyone heard if there have been phone calls regarding other campuses or just oakland?

My understanding is that there may not be enough qualified applicants who have finished the prereqs on time. I hope this means that if you are qualified and done with prereqs that you will be accepted. Not sure though. I asked if people who apply now...

So it sounds like they're concerned with people not being done with prereqs on time so they're accepting more applications. New applications will not impact those that already applied. Phew!

Has anyone checked the SMU website lately? It says they are accepting applications for summer cycle still. What?! I hope that doesn't mean that we may need to reapply if we've already applied through Nursingcas by the 9/1 deadline. I've tried calling...

I couldn't agree more about the letters of recommendation. It's hard enough to ask for them once! I am guessing we will have to get them again, but I haven't asked.

Thanks for the information. I just talked to someone at the school and she said they are done with Nursingcas because the website didn't work as well as they thought it would. So yes, if we reapply we have to print out and do the paper application....
