Yeah, i know that for sure, i was just wondering if there was a point in which they kind of tell you that you are officially off the list or in for that matter before july, as in do they make more accepentances sometime in april or may. Thank you tho...

whats important is that you have it when they accept US!!

I think its a general message that they send everyone- bc we both have the bls and we got the same letter...
