Yes, a missing document, especially passport, might affect the processing of your visa and so as your departure. When did you had your final evaluation, and when will you be able to submit your passport?

Yes, they give notification through text messages only. PDOS, I think, will be scheduled by POEA.

don't worry yet, it's only a month:) waiting time is 1-2 months, and after 2 months, that's the time to get a little worry, hehe, just kidding :)
