Yeah in my interview they had said it started Aug. 19th so something must have changed and they must be interviewing still.

I am getting doubtful too. I did see that you can still apply for the OR residency online and says you need to be licensed by September 1st so maybe something changed. Who knows.

Anyone else heard back from Emory for the September residency? I didn't realize how long they would take. I applied in April for the September cohort. It still says under consideration on my application.

Iheartnurses, I really like Sandy Springs, haven't heard anything about the falls at Sandy Springs though. But most any apartment complex in the area seems nice.

They should send an email at least. That is what I was told. I think they may still be deciding on last spots possibly.

When I asked Daria she said they were doing interviews still, so bizzare. Congrats! Hopefully we hear one way or the other today then. My interview was the 10th as well.

They told me shortly after interviews were done. I am patiently waiting! How was you interview? I thought it was pretty laid back.

Interview went well. It was with about 7 of the OR mangers and educators. Very informal interview. The program sounds great and I really hope I get a spot. They said they would contact me soon after interviews were done.

I haven't heard anything and I am licensed. So I don't know what is going on...you think at least one of us would hear something.

Oh good, yeah just make sure you have photo copy of you passport or driver's license in there too. I also had to do Nursys and because I hadn't worked as a RN yet I didn't have to do the work part which saved time. And the fingerprinting was fairly e...
