    Most of them do say at least one year experience required here in Upstate NY too. I did find a few that would hire new grads. We'll see though.... I guess I shouldn't speak before I'm even in that...

    You're right. You can set up a payment plan with them, and they will set a deadline of when you will have to have it paid in full. For instance, my CPNE date is March 11, and I have to pay it in full...
