If pt has a cuffed tracheostomy tube, the cuff should be inflated a while when pt is eating to prevent aspiration.

me,too. It is very hard! I am working evening as tech in hospital. When I got home at midnight I couldn't study & sleep. I felt so tired and couldn't do nothing. I got up around 9-10am in the morning to start review in few hours.

my friend prepared 6 months for nclex-rn. she came from other country. english is her 2nd language. she only did 3 times in saunders book(4th)+cd. nothing's else. she pass her exam. saunders is a very good review resource!
