There are no contracts. SHC is such a good place to work, no one would want to leave. You can switch to employee status on the Maricopa website as soon as you become an employee; you have to fax SCC a copy of your badge and first paycheck in order to...

Thank you! I started working at SHC 3 months ago as a housekeeper, and yes the wait is a lot shorter for employees. Hard work, but it paid off! :)
