    I may be going a whole diff. direction with this but I just heard about a major hospital not to far from where I work that was starting to test everyone who entered their ER between ages (15-65 ish)...

    sometimes i wonder if im on candid camera .....seriously! ....triage is the worst you get to hear it all...its TOO much sometimes they tell me their complaint and i just sit there and stare at them...

    thanks for the feedback! yes, i was asking about the consent not the actual blood draw procedure! I just know that with any other consent we always make sure that the patient is awake alert oriented...
