Faith is fine, religion is not in my opinion. An instructor should remain unbiased and neutral on various religions...however, since faith is a universal experiences see no problem with discussing it with students.

Most nursing schools require people to be a CNA for this very reason. It isn't fair for everyone to start off on different knowledge levels.

If you could go back to before you started nursing school, what would you tell yourself to study/memorize before you started? Any specific values, drugs, topics, etc to make it easier on yourself? What if you only had a month before your school start...

my thoughts... medical abbreviations/terminology. normal ranges of common lab values review anatomy and autonomic nervous system so you can more easily figure out why drugs work the way they do in the body.
