Has anyone received or heard about the Diploma in Tropical Nursing from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine? Or know of any certification programs post BSN, or Master's programs in the US that relate to international/global health nurs...

Doesn't it? To add to my original question, the London program is only one day a week, so it would be ideal to work in London while doing the program. Does anyone know what it takes for a US RN to be qualified to work in the UK?
