You have to put the school in and then the year of Graduation and location of your State Board. Then click submit. You will either get the good popup or go to your CC page. This can only happen if your STATUS-reads Delivery Successful.

The holidays don't matter, Quick results worked for me yesterday. If you check it and it's not there at your ORIGINAL SCHEDULED appointment then CHECK it 1 HOUR later. It happened to me yesterday. Hope that helps.
