I agree with LavaNurse! The Saunders review books are WAY easier than the NCLEX. I did everything with that damn book and CD. I read ALL the rationales (right and wrong) and even looked up things I didn't understand and when I was done with the ENTIR...

Saunder's is good, but as long as you dedicate yourself to studying and use the materials you have to work with you'll do great!
