    i think you answered your own question.. and i'm sorry but frankly i think your trying to be too ambitious here. Do other nurses in your unit have CCRN certification? Why not transfer to an ICU? Good...

    I work in the SICU so all the neuro cases go to the NSICU and the cardiac cases go to the CSICU or CCU. I only see the stable cases once in a while and I was a little intimidated when I first started...
