  3. For my regulars who are difficult to discharge, I make them feel very comfortable. Warm blankets, quiet tranquil environment, dim the lights. Basically roll out the red carpet. When it's time for discharge, reverse everything in about 2.5 seconds....
  4. Whats with Mondays?

    Sometimes people are not sick enough to warrant going to the doctor's office, but work requires that they have a doctor's note if they miss work. Some schools are now requiring a doctor's note for missing school. Seems ridiculous to me.

    Ask your pharmacy for smaller vials. That would be a huge waste of time trying to find a witness for 80-90% of my morphine pulls.
