I bought all the books except dosage calc, because I have heard from 3 or 4 people that they never used it, that the power points and notes were more helpful than the book. Hope they were right:^)
What about if we just register for 4 random classes that we can drop before we register our nursing classes, I wonder if we would get a book voucher, we can get the books, then drop those classes and register our nursing classes after orientation?
How is that going to work, will we have to register our classes the day of orientation and then wait for our book vouchers to post before we get our books? This is so frustrating.
Thanks NurseRatchet for posting the info:) I'm so excited, just checked connections and the appeal for my student loans was approved, that just released some weight from my shoulders. I just hope they post our book vouchers by the 16th.
The nursing admin called me and they did get my message that I accepted my seat & isn't sure why I didn't receive my orientation agenda letter, but told me what time to come to orientation. Is there anything else besides the time and place in the...

I had my titers done about a month before I got my acceptance, that way I knew ahead of time which booster I would need if I got accepted, also I was in the same boat as far as insurance ending, because my husband got a new job and ins doesn't kick i...
Me too, especially Chem and Micro. You'll have to forgive me I don't remember who you were when we met yesterday, I will send private message so we can share info.
Anyone that lives in the San Pablo, intercoastal area, I was thinking maybe we should try to sit near each other at orientation and try to bid on same section so we can form study groups and maybe car pool. Let me know if you are interested.
It was nice meeting everyone yesterday, it helped calm my nerves a little. Everyone seems so nice and I hope some of you will be in my section. The next few weeks I will be busy taking care of everything that I won't have time for once the program st...

You can have your titers done prior to acceptance, but if you need any boosters, you can't get them until after your acceptance date as well as your school physical.
Mine changed from under review to complete, but I still have a stop sign next to award summary, I went to Nirth Campus to ask Thursday, but the system was down so I guess I will have to go back up there Monday.
How did you find out it was denied? Does it say on connections? Wondering b/c I submitted an appeal of loan limits, the "new appeal since gov't took over student loans" and I cant figure out of it was approved it not.
They are just doing everything backwards with you, aren't they? You poor thing, you must be aggravated, I know I would be, but I'm happy you got in :) Hopefully everything here on out will go smoothly for you.
Getting excited about meeting everyone on Sun. It will be nice to put a face with our screen names. Also, I got my order from allheart.com today, my stethoscope and stuff, can't wait to use them :)
So just went to North Campus Fin Aid, systems down, but I told the girl that my appeal status changed from under review to complete & she said it was prob approved then, and awards should post next week, so fingers crossed she was right. Also, su...
