To the ones that got accepted to Athens, but are declining: when is the deadline to let them know? Or, have you already told them you are declining? I found out that I am on the alternate list there and the anticipation is killing me! (:

For the people that have had changes in application/transcripts. Mine says decision made, and then to contact admissions, but it says NUR nursing instead of Healthcare science. So, I can't remember if it has always said that. My transcript still say...

I didn't get any mail today. That is the worst! Then you feel like maybe it hadn't come yet all day. At least when its just junk you know it's already come. I will just chalk it up to exercise.

Do you have a date, or the transcript changed? What does it say on the transcript that is different?

I am more hopeful to hear that, but I don't understand why some changed and others didn't?..... It is driving me crazy!

Pretty sure that my mail lady thinks that I am crazy. I tried to wait until she passed this morning to jump out of the bushes and run to the mailbox, but I was unsuccessful. Thankfully, postal workers are not allowed to carry a gun.

I live in Jefferson so the only ones that I can apply to this next year is Gwinnett, Athens, and Gainesville.

I am normally a very resilient person, but being a nurse has been my dream.I know if I don't make it I just try again next year, it just makes me feel embarrassed and not good enough, you know? It also is hard because it is only once a year.

I remember a few years ago that some of the RN hopefuls said that if they went to the application on www.gtc-web.org that at the bottom there was a date next to Director's Approval if they were accepted. Does anyone see a date yet?

I have so many questions that I could fire off at you nursing students. lol I am finished with Micro this Fall, so I won't get my grades until mid December which does not give me too much time before the Jan 15 cut off to take the test and what else...
