That was a skilled nursing facility in Columbia, actually. It had a very bad reputation. I read an article in the Lancaster newspaper about the best and worst in the area and that nursing home was the worst rated. That was a factor as well.

Ginger, Yes. They taught me phlebotomy at the office. I loved it! At a dr.'s office, you shouldn't need any other special training for it.
