the physical forms get sent out according to your start date. August have been sent. October gets sent out in september and so on. I have already gotten my physical and start in October, so I went to the nursing office and picked up the forms!!!

OHHHH? I just went on web adviser and it listed todays date with all the requirements for the nursing program that are needed!!!!! OMG! Everyone check Web Advisor!!! It also listed a completion date for the program of 8/2015!!
