pgh doesn't have a volunteer program for nurses. but they offer training for nurses like the advancement program in clinical nursing. try to call their nursing office and inquire about the training.

i think the qualifying exam is for the training not for hiring. They are on freeze hiring as of the moment.

i wouldn't really recommend this route. there are other options rather than going to UK under student visa. you can take IELTS and try OZ or new zealand instead.
