    You must have the ATT letter in order to test. So regardless of a glitch, of they didn't send/email you the letter you can't test. Call Pearson

    You can do this. You just have to trust yourself/brain more. I believe that when ppl have to take the exam more than once, they/we develop of mental block of fear,which ultimately causes us to fail....
