Oh geeze really! Did he check PVT right after he took the test? I saw some ppl try PVT when your delivery status wasn't successful, got good pop up but then later when the status is successful and check it again took them to CC page.

I usually press 0 but whatever works right I haven't called them today, seeing titan2009 got to talk to someone and knew what the problem was and I think they mentioned that the problem might be solved by the end of this week so I might just wait ar...

Let's hope not, what I have read from the other post they all who got good pop-up passed but there was no one claim in that got to cc page on that post so I don't know if that is the case. I will keep praying harder for us to pass it!
