    I think I know what I will do: name _____SN (for student nurse) then after she graduates get a RN and B added to it so it would read: name RN, BSN what do you guys think? Thanks for all of the help...

    Yes I have ones of those stores near me, I guess I can order it plain online then take it there and have them engrave her name, then take it back there and have the initials engraved later.
