I was going through my patients information for the day and I noticed in the notes it said Bilateral Pigtails placed. What are bilateral pigtails? Neither google nor my books have been successful at telling me, lol Thank you

I have to answer this question for an assignment. I haven't been to the PICU yet, so I'm really unsure of the role. Is there anyone out there who can help me with this?
