I also think there are too many students being promised jobs and being put through school...I was lucky enough to not be on a "list". In the end it is all about the $$$$

I understand completely....I will also scream at the next person who says "but we are in a nursing shortage!" or "all my RN friends found jobs so quick, even while in school." I get so tired explaining to society that there is a huge lack of RN jobs...

S. Jones: It is horrible here!!! I understand it is hard to believe....37 hospitals within a 50 miles radius. A lot of the places here are on hiring freezes and only taking new grads for May/Jan internships, and with that they are only taking about 2...

I took my NCLEX yesterday too!! I am also really nervous and feel like I didnt do very well. I just keep thinking it is a normal feeling. I just could not imagine not passing....Tonight will pass so slow.

I think we are all pondering the same things. I'll be flying in from Houston for my interview. From past forums on here seems as though they take about 40% or so. I don't know how many spots are available, surely the economy has taken it's toll. Good...
