It's the first day of nursing school. I have been waiting for this moment for almost two years now. I'm excited, anxious and eager. I'm in the first phase of dedicating my life to improving the lives of others. But what does this mean? I have no clue...

I agree with elkpark. I'm in my 1st year of a direct entry psych np program. I am doing clinicals on surg and medical floors and I have to deal with the "bodily functions and bodily fluids." However, it's only for a year and it's not all that bad....

So some hospitals allow NP's to have admitting privileges?

I'd be interested to know the answer to this myself...anyone know?
