Also, it depends on you, if you can handle working and school.

I did not work during school, but some of the people in my class did. It's definitely doable. It just depends on how flexible the job would be with your schedule, because nursing school schedule can change overnight.

There's really no job placement thing per se, but paid internships are available after second semester. There's the Kaiser Internship and the VALOR program which is an internship at VA hospital. Taking a medical terminology class will be helpful.

I got in last semester and If you got above a 70 you should not even worry. Also, since the university is not taking transfers, you guys have a better chance of getting in. :)
